A corporate course that improved team communication abroad
A tailor-made course helped the employees handle meetings, e-mails and everyday communication.
An international company approached us with the goal of improving communication within a team that regularly works with partners abroad. The employees had a basic knowledge of English, but in work situations – online meetings, presentations or writing e-mails – they often lacked confidence and fluency.
A course tailored to corporate communication
Based on an initial analysis we prepared a course aimed directly at corporate communication. The lessons focused on practical situations from everyday work: running meetings, presenting projects, negotiating and professional e-mail communication. Lessons took place in smaller groups so that every participant had room to speak actively and receive specific feedback.
Results after a few months
After a few months of the course the employees significantly improved their confidence in communicating in English. Meetings with colleagues abroad run more smoothly, the team takes a more active part in discussion and employees can present their ideas with greater confidence.
